Route Synchub is a Kuala Lumpur-based analytics consultancy focused on the customer lifecycle inside apps. We work with Malaysian product, growth, and leadership teams that have data, but need a clearer view of what it means.

Our role is not to fill a screen with metrics. It is to define the question, establish trustworthy evidence, surface meaningful customer patterns, and make the result usable by the people responsible for action.
